She took the time to explain each step in the process and and all of the the benefits of the particular products she was using to address my skin. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and clearly knows her anatomy—a HUGE plus for me when I'm looking for an esthetician. I want someone who knows what they're doing. She's also just a lovely person. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. I will be booking with her again!
