Fanny did such a great job accommodating what I wanted. She was patient and detailed oriented. I showed her a reference of what I wanted and she did an absolute good job. You also cant beat the price! Thank you, Fanny!

First let me start off by saying save your money and go somewhere else… the money they charge is not worth the work they did on my nails. I have many issues with this place and was going to give them another chance until they still charged me for a cancellation, full price, when I informed them that I couldn’t give notice as I was being admitted to the hospital for having a stroke. Then, told me I can get a credit to come back in a week. Horrible practice for paying customer, a $25 cancellation I would have excepted, even with my extenuating circumstances. However, after speaking with the other nail salon that I scheduled with in case my second time with this salon was a bad experience, I told them the situation and they not only said No worries to the cancellation, they also replied “we just want you to be well and we will see you when you get better.” Customer service goes a long way. I would book with them just for that courtesy and empathy alone a thousand times before I ever come back to this place. Loyalty to your customers is a virtue. Now, for the poor workmanship of my nails the last time I went there… just look at the pictures. My friend got her nails done with chrome and I was so excited to follow after her. She had her nails done for a month mine a week and it was chipping. Just review the receipts, my nails are the silver chrome. Horrible job, not to mention the person that did my nails had a language barrier, so when I would ask her things she would refer to the manager or owner and he was a bit condescending. I am asking you questions not what you can’t do for me today. Rush job and appear to not want to be bothered as if everything asked was an inconvenience. Needless to say, lesson learned, When you have one bad experience with a place don’t circle back the block. Just leave it alone. Lush Nail Salon over on Easton Ave will be where I send my loyalty for now on, not to mention, they fixed my nails and they did a much better job when it came to the Chrome nail look, were cheaper and more friendly staff willing to work with you and make sure your experience is pleasurable. The owner can learn from this as I’ve read other reviews that have similar discrepancies about this salon. And, the $80 charged will be disputed with my bank. Update: To reply back to your jaded response that picture is two weeks from the date of getting my nails done. Not a month later check receipt of dates. Two I went into the hospital due to illness I couldn’t call and follow your cancellation policy which I made clear and you inconsiderate money hungry people couldn’t make an exception. I read other reviews that is the poor job you did that lush nails cleaned up and a month later looked better than what you did that lasted two weeks. Get it correct your nail tech did a poor job and lush nails cleaned tech explained to me exactly why that happened and that is why when they did my nails it lasted as you see with the pink nails. You have poor customer service don’t worry you lost business because I am taking mine elsewhere.

I love this nail salon. As a fellow salon owner, I appreciate the well oiled machine this place is. And holy moly GLORIA! Gloria has made my nails so gorgeous! I adore her. Online booking is excellent, the front end girl is always so kind and helpful 🫶🏼. The owner is always committed to making sure his team is trained and the client is happy. I’m really so happy to have found yall ❤️

I’ve only been here twice but so far I’ve had a great experience. Mayra is my go to; she is always friendly and does exactly what I want in terms of design, shape, and length. I usually get hard gel. Definitely recommend this place. I continue to love coming here for my manicures. Leo is great; friendly and pays close attention to detail. ***update: I got my first gel pedicure here and I wouldn’t recommend it. The polish pealed off two of my toes within 2 days of getting my nails done. ***

Response to Owner: I never threatened any of your staff. I think your response is cowardly because I’ve been waiting for a phone call from you that never came. Keyboard warrior? It’s unfortunate for your staff because I always tip well. I can be demanding but I take care of your staff. ………………………………………………………………………………………. I've been a loyal and consistent customer for over 2 years. Something has changed. They've become greedy. Nail prices are higher than most places. Paying higher for quality is worth it. I spent $200 on my at my last visit, including the tip. The cute beads I asked for fell off after 1 day. The receptionist told me I'd have to pay and there's no guarantee to customers. I disagreed with having to pay for the repair. It had only been 1 day. It's been 2 weeks since this day. I just tried to make an appointment and the receptionist just told me my account is blocked and the owner will call me. He never called. Where is the loyalty? They don't seem to actually care about their customers, just the money. I feel betrayed by a place I've been loyal to for years.
