Franklin New Eros Nail Salon & Spa

While this is my first time here I would like to say that I am disappointed. I went in with a dip and tip appointment, only to be told "soft gel" was a better option. I decided to try it, only for the service to actually be Gel-x (there was no actual soft gel used, just cured nail glue onto full cover tips and gel put directly on the bare tip.) I showed multiple people several pictures of the length and shape that I was looking for, and again told the technician several times during my appointment that they needed to be shorter.All she did was give them more shape. There are signs all over the salon that state if you pay in cash, there is a five percent discount.I paid in cash and said discount wasn't even offered to me. I was, however, asked if I planned on tipping, which is something I would normally do. If I was happy with the service, but after having to tell the technician four separate times(and nothing changing) and some woman who seemed to be the manager what I was looking for, i left with not even close to what I was looking for. Super dissapointed. Salon is nice but for the love of my sanity i wont be back. Attached our photos of how long they were when I left the salon.And how long I asked for them to be. Best dip manicure I have ever had! I went to Aiden and he was super thorough and not rushed. Did a great shape and it is not too thick at all. Very reasonably priced, this will be my new regular spot :)

Did more of a simple nail today but they do so good every time! I’ve been coming here since they opened and I will never go anywhere else. Such a friendly environment, so many complimentary things, pricing is so reasonable, and overall just an amazing experience I didn’t get anywhere else!

Wonderful job. Always take their time and make the experience relaxing. I bring all three of my kids as well. They are family friendly and attentive.

Highly recommend! This was my first time at Eros. I was very pleased with my experience. First, the chairs are super comfy, with a pillow, which is great for me as I have back issues. My tech was Apple. I was given a short shoulder massage while my nails were drying. I had a wax paraffin dip, which is normally an additional charge but this was included. I had a gel mani with all of these perks for only $35. I will be back for Halloween themed nails.
