I could not recommend Gabby enough! Every time I see her my hair comes out absolutely perfect and I always appreciate her honest feedback. Additionally, as someone who has extremely thick and long hair it can be a chore, and previous salons have made that known to me, but not Gabby- you can just tell she has so much passion as an artist. She’s also given me so many great product and styling tips, her recommendation for a thermal brush elevated my at home hairstyling, The Loft is so lucky to have her!

The Loft is a true experience! The professionalism and skill of the hair dressers is unmatched. Megan gave me a new look that I am beyond happy with. She gave me the exact cut I was looking for without a hassle. I highly recommend The Loft, and Megan to anyone who is particular about who cuts their hair. This place is unbelievable!

I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am for Gabbie! After decades with the same stylist, I was nervous to make a change — but from the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in the best hands. She completely transformed my hair with extensions and awesome color and made me feel more confident and beautiful than I have in years. Gabbie is truly an artist, but what makes her special is how much she cares. I’ll never see anyone else — she’s absolutely amazing! 💕

We had no idea this place was around and it’s been in Randolph for 30 years with the same owner..IMPRESSIVE! I took my daughter her for a spa day for her birthday and we had a WONDERFUL time. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile! The treatments were a facial, mani, pedi, massage and hairstyle! All the ladies need a shout out! Lisa - massage- my daughter loved it and she wanted stay extra! Michelle - PEDI - I got the paraffin wax on my feet and the extra reflexology ….so Fabulous! She took her time, gave me a stellar foot massage and great conversation, as I sat there and enjoyed every minute. Now the reflexology is extra, but well worth the money! Linda- facials and manicures. So relaxing and soothing. She provided great recommendations for facial treatments. My nails were perfect, which she didn’t have much to work with. Meaghan -Hairstyle. We both loved her! You can always tell when someone loves what they do because they shine with their finished product. Make sure you make an appointment in advance, there is plenty of parking and I think the prices are decent. I won’t say what I spent, but lets put it this way….I wasn’t shocked! Overall, great spa experience, the place is clean, staff is first-rate, personable and A+ of their knowledge of their trade! We will be back! I wish I took more pictures!

I love the team at the Loft at La Novita, Marie spent months maybe years working with me until I was ready to get a balayage and we finally did it!!! I felt so well taken care of by her Shawna at the front desk, Caroline, Simone and just everyone there. It is a close knit group and so professional. The salon is spacious and beautiful, modern and they will work with you to ensure you're happy! All talented humans who are beyond professional and warm. Give it a try!
