I read positive reviews about this salon and decided to give it a try despite not knowing the stylist. After reading their website and their emphasis on community, I took a leap of faith. However, I was deeply disappointed and violated by Hannah’s services. I had just given birth and was eagerly looking forward to taking pictures with my son and Santa the next day. Unfortunately, Hannah botched my bleach job by mixing two different colors and creating a nasty balayage instead of simply bleaching the roots and using toner. When I asked for a trim, she insisted on long layers, cutting and burning off 15 years of my beautiful hair. I hope she goes bald as a result of her actions. She left toner and bonder in and simply walked away, leaving me in a state of shock and disbelief. After 15 minutes, I went to find her, but the incompetent hair dresser in the next chair told me to “trust the process.” It was as if she was condoning Hannah’s actions, which were clearly the result of an underqualified, bitter, and jealous woman destroying my hair. I can’t believe that anyone could do this to a single mother before Christmas. Hannah clearly had mental issues and should never be trusted to provide service to another human being. Ever

I’m so disappointed with how my hair came out. My hair was soft and beautiful before I went in and I came out with half my roots done and my hair feels like straw. 24 hours later…

Crystal and Maegan did an amazing job with my wedding hair and makeup for my September 2024 wedding! We planned our wedding on a tight timeline and they were gracious enough to fit me and my mom in at the salon for my bridal look. Both my hair and makeup were beautiful and held up well despite a very rainy day. Highly recommend for any future brides and bridal parties!

I’ve been coming to this business since 2022 and over the last few years I’ve had my hair done by a few of the people who work here. Everyone I’ve seen has done a fabulous job! The whole team is friendly and welcoming, and even the people I’m not scheduled with will often greet and talk to me, which feels especially thoughtful because I’m shy around new people. Every single time I visit, I leave feeling better about myself than when I came in. Monthly appointments at Rouge have become my favorite self-care routine!

I had Crystal do my hair for my wedding this past Sunday, and it came out exactly how I wanted! She also was so kind and gave me a beautiful crystal hair comb to compliment the up-do. 5 stars! Thank you so much Crystal!
