The atmosphere carries this rustic, European charm that feels both luxurious and comforting -- the perfect blend for anyone looking to truly unwind. Every detail, from the warm wood accents to the calming ambiance, feels intentional and inviting. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making me feel cared for from start to finish. From being greeted by Emily, who knew it was my first time and made sure to walk me through the basics. To Cheryl, whose skill and professionalism made my service nothing short of amazing. And a special thank you to Catie, whose hospitable and genuinely kind demeanor made the entire experience feel so personal and special. As a postpartum mom, finding this moment of peace and self-care can be hard, and as I prep to return to work, this visit reminded me how rejuvenating it can be when you're surrounded by people who truly care. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so grateful. Personal Best Spa truly lives up to its name -- I can't wait to come back! 💆‍♀️✨

I absolutely love this place. The vibe, and all the people are amazing. I have been getting my hair cut /colored from Kris Somers and facials from Cheryl Hornstra.. I walk out of there each and every time with a smile on my face. I’ve also had services for pedicures and massages. They never disappoint. I highly suggest you check it out!

I’ve had several experiences at Personal Best, Utopia Place Salon in Pembroke. The level of care and cleanliness is outstanding and the technicians are impeccable. I use the dazzle dry system and with recent concerns about gel polish, it is refreshing to know that this polish is being used and safe for my natural nails. Bonus, it lasts at least two weeks! Always great service and competitive prices in a spa setting. Lindsey is my go to technician and a lovely girl!

I've enjoyed 3 pedicures with Lisa and look forward to the next one! The personalized treatment is so wonderful compared to the other nail salons that push you through like an assembly line. The facility is warm and friendly, CLEAN, and offers just about every other treatment you could imagine to pamper yourself.

Had such an amazing time today! The entire place is gorgeous and super clean! I got a wash and blowout from Valerie and these are by far the best results I’ve ever had! I’m not the best with keeping up with my hair color and the Loma products were 🙌🏼 Will definitely be back! Thank you!
