Indulgence Nails and Spa- Best nails salon in Saugus Ma

I LOVE Indulgence ! I see Kayla and let me tell you she is a saint. I do not like color on my nails so I am that person who always gets a french gel manicure. ( Kayla I am sorry ) she always has a smile on her face and is such a sweet person. In going here now I have gotten to know the girls that work here and they ALL go out of their way to say hello to you. To see Lily when you walk in and greet you makes you feel so welcome. Her salon is SPOTLESS and all of her staff presents themselves so professionally. I have now started taking my mom here and my mom has mobility issues and uses a walker. Kayla and Lily go out of their way to accommodate my mom and place here at a station that is easy for her to get up and down at. I highly recommend this salon and have made life long friends here.

Today I came in for a nail appointment. I noticed one of my nails didn’t dry right . Lily the owner told me there was nothing wrong with my nail. Which it it didn’t dry right and had a top coat smear going down the middle of my nail. Which is always an issue because they have an appointment booked after every client. Lily the owner is rude and aggressive. She went to grab and touch my arm in an aggressive way. I told her please don’t do that, so I went to grab her arm the same way- then she let go of my arm- as she did this infront of everyone at the nail salon. Once I told her not to do that and touch me. It was about to get real physical within 2 minutes of talking. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She told me I can buff out the nail myself because no one was going to fix it . Really Rude and disgusting attitude.Lily is very unprofessional. She really showed her True colors today- very disrespectful and evil and everyone in the nail shop seen this. She is bad for business. She tried to bring to me to the side and say this as everyone in the nail salon seen and heard it. They rush you out and don’t let your nails dry. And then they feel some type of way when you call them out because they rush and they didn’t dry properly. They just care about how many clients they can take on in a day. On to the next , and next client not making sure your nails are done correctly or even dried . Money Hungry individuals at indulgence nails. Don’t do business here . Because once you tell them that you have an issue with your nails then they want to turn the table and blame it on someone else And make it seem like your the issue. I am sure I am not the first person to complain about this. Stay away from here it just got worse over time , they don’t care about your nails , take your hard earned money - and do half ass nails rushing on to the next cilent.

I love going to Indulgence! All the ladies are friendly, happy and work as a team. I especially love Hana! She does a fabulous job on my nails! She’s consistently good and so lovely to me! I recommend Indulgence if you want pretty hands and feet! 🩷

Pick this nail salon! Only place I will ever go to! I see Kayla, she always takes good care of me. but all the girls are great and I’ve had my nails done by almost all of them. Clean, beautiful, all the popular nail colors. Dip, gel-x, pedicures! Always a great job.

I have been going to Indulgence Nails and Spa for over 7 years. I have tried regular, gel, and dip manicures and always get a pedicure. My nails have always lasted 2 weeks for gel and 3 weeks for dip. I see Tweety who is not only an amazing nail technician, but she also treats you like family! The staff are very professional and the salon is super clean. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new nail salon!
