2025-11-30It’s ok. I have had their membership since June or July 2025 and things have been very rocky. They booked one appointment wrong (I wanted a 80min body wrap, but they booked me for a 30 min sugar scrub). For my facial, the aesthetician was 15 minutes late. I was supposed to get a discount on an eyebrow service due to my membership (it’s advertised on their website and a sandwich board outside their establishment), but the receptionist told me I didn’t qualify. Next time I went there, the other receptionist said I absolutely did qualified and didn’t understand why the other person said I didn’t. My last massage was so terrible I wanted to walk out in the middle of the service. I was supposed to have a massage service the day I am writing this review, but they sent a text an hour before I was to be there saying “sorry, we have to cancel your appointment” - the massage therapist was apparently sick. What I do like is the lounge area, the ambiance, the robes and slippers already waiting for me in my size, and they are very friendly. As I’m writing this, I’ve decided I'm going to cancel my membership. For only being a client for 6 months, a lot has gone wrong. I really wanted to like this place.

2025-05-04It was amazing! My first time here. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. They have warm neck wraps while you wait for your appointment to start. I had a massage. Tanisha was incredible. She had strong hands and was able to work out multiple knots in my neck. I already booked my next appointment!
