When I went to Rituals I saw Mia the first time. She was wonderful, attentive, and overall the sweetest! She listens to what you want and does what is needed for your hair. I cannot say enough about how much I love her!! My hair hasn’t felt this great in awhile. Then, I went a week later and saw Erica for my facial. Erica is kind, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile for her clients. She offered advice and it is clear she knows exactly what she is doing and what she’s talking about. I couldn’t have been happier and my skin feels amazing! I will be returning for both!🩷

I’ve been a client at Rituals Salon & Spa for over 15 years, and I can honestly say it’s my absolute happy place! I’ve trusted Jessica with my hair for almost a decade, and she’s a true artist — every cut and highlight is perfect. Molly has been amazing since the day she started, and now I can’t imagine my visits without her either! Ashton and Kelly are also incredible — they’re always so friendly, professional, and make every visit even more enjoyable. From my hair and waxes to facials, manicures, pedicures, and even spray tans — every service is top-notch. The salon is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and has the most welcoming atmosphere. Sarah, the owner, is wonderful, and the whole team makes you feel like family the moment you walk in. They all know my name — it’s like the show Cheers, but with better lighting and great hair! The staff at Rituals are genuinely kind, talented people who cheer you on in life and make you feel amazing every single time you visit. The only gift I ever ask for is a gift certificate to this salon because it’s truly my favorite place to be. I recommend Rituals Salon & Spa to everyone I know — it’s a gem, and I’m so grateful for Sarah, Jessica, Molly, Ashton, Kelly, and the entire team who make every visit such a wonderful experience.

I’ve been coming to this salon for several years and always have a great experience. Sarah, the owner, does my cut and color. She’s fantastic and always delivers exactly what I want. I recently had a beautiful spray tan with Erica and an elegant updo by Jess for my son’s wedding. The whole team is professional, talented, and friendly. Highly recommend!

I get facials by Erica, and honestly I can never go back now! I’m addicted! I have struggled with acne my entire life and she truly has transformed my skin. She always recommends products that work with my schedule and budgets, and is just so amazing to talk to. I highly highly recommend her! I am sending all my friends to her. I also get my hair done by Averie here and I can’t say enough nice things about her too! She always is willing to change up my hair whenever I want, and she helps me decide what colors/style would look best. I fully trust her and love getting my hair done by her. We have tons of fun during the hair appointments and my hair always looks perfect!

I had my first appointment here today and I had the BEST experience from start to finish from Erica ! She pampered me with a facial that I will never forget! Thank you Erica, you did an amazing job ! I HIGHLY recommend seeing her for a facial. I feel like a new woman :)
