Creative Nails & Lash

Thank you for fixing my nails so I got what I asked for and wanted. This pink was what I got the first time. The red is what I wanted. Annie was great, listened, really looked at the pictures, checked with me throughout the process, and did a great job!

I had a wonderful visit at Creative Nails & Lash in Big Y Plaza. The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The location is excellent—easy to find and very clean inside. One thing I really appreciated was the spacious and convenient parking, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. My nails turned out beautifully, and I will absolutely return for more services.

So far, my favorite nail spa! I had a Creative Deluxe Pedicure and it was so relaxing and well done. I found the price to be fair for the quality. I finally found a worthy nail spa minutes from my home.

I was a client there this week. It was very disconcerting as the woman next to me had her approximately 4 year old son on her lap. He was in pajamas and coughing the entire time and looked ill. It is not the fault of the salon but she should have been told to take him home. With Covid and flu circulating that was not fair to customers. I cannot be sure it was due to the encounter but I fell ill the next day!

Hands down one of the best salons I have had the pleasure of going to. 10/10 would recommend! This was my first time going to the salon and getting gel-x. I had nail tech Alina, who was so personable and kind! She made sure I was happy the whole time ! She took her time and my nails came out amazing! I only feel bad I couldn’t tip her as the atm there was broken! But it will be double next time! I got the gel-x nail enhancements and the deluxe manicure …. Which comes with an AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC neck massage !
