5 Elements Skin & Nails Spa

Vicky did an amazing job for my first visit here. She was patient and respectful of my requests to limit chemicals and avoid UV lights on my nails. Easy to communicate with and super friendly. The place I went to prior to 5 elements did a terrible job with my dip and it was SUPER thick. Vicky had to work hard to remove it and never complained. She made sure my new dip set was thin and easy to work with. I will definitely be returning and choosing her each time!

I was happy going there for mani and pedi - Terry is the best!- until recently when they started changing appointment times without letting people know and without sending any reminders the previous day like they used to. Yesterday, happened for the second time in the past 3 months and if I haven’t accidentally called I would have missed my appointment. What is really upsetting is that they claim they called me but they didn’t. Also, the receptionist kind of through his hands in the air when I confronted him showing him the appointment confirmation and no recent calls from the place.

I have been coming here for years and Terry is THE BEST! I started getting Gel X and she does my nails to perfection every time.

I got a gel French manicure. After only two days a huge chunk has peeled off my thumb and my other nails are starting to chip. There are places where it is bumpy and the white is faded and uneven or gone entirely. It also looks a little yellowy. I paid far too much for them to fall apart on day two. The staff was friendly and polite but they did not do a good job. I would not recommend. Update: I went back recently, having forgotten I’d been here before. Same thing. Staff was friendly but they didn’t listen to anything I said. She asked if I wanted my nails cut short and I said no. She cut them super short anyway. The first nail chipped before the next morning, two more chipping a day later.

Came last Saturday. I had deep powder with tip. I was happy at first but I kinda don’t like it. My nails look wide so I called today to see if they can fix it. after I was told that I could just walk in and they’ll fix it for me. I go in and was told they don’t have time right now to fix it that they short in staff. I told the lady, I just called and the guy told me to walk in. Then later on the guy called me and apologized. So I was able to get nails fixed. Feeling better.
