Nail Pro & Spa

Went in today for a deluxe pedicure and my goodness. I will never return to this place! The guy that did my nails didn’t even take off all of my previous nail color (neon pink) and just painted over the old color with the color I chose today (sunflower yellow) soooo you can see the pink completely underneath. He cut my toenails on the right foot but not the left and the ones that he did cut, he cut incorrectly so a part of my nail was sharp and digging into my toe. Horrible service, overpriced, and he completely rushed through the entire thing. Would give negative stars if I could!

The owner Huyn was super unprofessional. I called After Getting a Getting an almond shaped full set, asking them if they could fix it because the length of my nails were uneven and was told to come in the following day to get them fixed. I have been going here for years and I have never been unsatisfied with my nails and the one time that I bring up that I’m unhappy she decided to argue with me about needing to get a ruler every time I come in so that my nails can all be measured the same length it seemed like her husband was arguing with her about being mean, but she insisted to keep going So I left. (Even though she had already filed a couple of my nails down to no polish). Even though she had already filed a couple of my nails down I have always paid over $150+ for services when I go there and have even brought people along. So to be treated so poorly was a shame. I will not be coming back, and neither will my company. You have lost our service because you were unprofessional. As a business owner, why would you want your clients walking around with your work not 100%

Worst manicure of my life. The guy didn’t even bother to clean my nails. He filed them unevenly, I had to show him so he could fix that twice. Then he painted them so there was a visible gap between my cuticle and the paint! These were gels and they lasted under a week. Both of the workers there acted like they did not want to work. I rarely write reviews but this needed to be said.

Customer service wasn’t the nicest. They had an issue when I kindly said I didn’t want the spa treatment when going in for pedicure and manicure. Gel polish wasn’t even fully dry and was bubbling. Told them repeatedly I didn’t want gel And they insisted on giving me gel so much so that they stopped mid scrubbing my nails to have me pay and charge me extra For the service I didn’t ask for. The nails were all crooked. I went back within days of getting them fixed. The guy proceeded to question what was wrong and I pointed everything out and they still “fixed” two nails and threw regular nail polish over the gel. Never going back. Forgot to mention that the guy cut four of my cuticles when using the cuticle shaper thing

Worst manicure i ever got in my entire life! The guy that did my nails clearly didn't know what he was doing and needs to go to school for training. The acrylic application was horrible ! Big waste of money now i have to go get my nails re done somewhere else and im almost too embarrassed to even go to another salon with my nails like this but if they ask I will gladly tell them who did it ! Do not recommend please save your money and time.
