I had a great experience at Mind Body Spirit getting my wedding hair and make-up done! Lorena did my hair and Rebekah did my make-up. From the first trial I felt so comfortable with both of them. They were super kind and easy to talk to. They both did a great job, even at the trial based on the pictures I brought in, but they were also super open to hearing feedback and making any changes I wanted for the wedding day. My sister and I had both asked for quite a natural make-up look, and I loved how glowy and beautiful it was while still being really true to our natural appearance. I really appreciated that they even squeezed my mom and sister in last minute, after both of them decided close to the wedding that they would like hair and make-up done. Everything turned out beautifully, and I would recommend Mind Body Spirit to anyone looking for wedding HMUA services!

I got my hair done here for the first time yesterday. Hands down best hair experience I’ve ever had. Maddie is kind, precise, so careful and intentional with every detail. I really felt like she cared about getting it just right. Maddie took her time in the best way, everything felt so calm and unrushed. Also the best hair washing experience I have ever had!! Maddie won me over. I loved it so much I booked my next 3 appointments!

I went to Body Mind Spirt Salon and Day Spa for manicure and pedicure services from Ally Sousa. I was impressed by her cleanliness, welcoming nature, and efficiency. Ally made sure I was comfortable and well accommodated while getting quality services. She was patient and accommodating with an injury that I have that affected how I needed to position my legs for the pedicure. I have never had a pedicure, and was nervous about cutting cuticles. Ally was very gentle and communicative throughout the process. Redness that was apparent immediately after the pedicure dissipated in under an hour. The salon’s foot scrubs and skin oil from Farm House Fresh smelled wonderful, and left my sensitive and reactive skin feeling smooth and hydrated. I will definitely see Ally Sousa at Body Mind Spirit Salon and Day Spa for more services and highly consider purchasing their high quality products per Ally’s recommendation.

The ladies here are awesome! My daughters love getting their hair cut here because they know they are going to feel amazing when they leave. The salon is always clean and has such a comfortable ambiance. Definitely would recommend.

I've always had a lovely experience at Body Mind Spirit for my own personal hair cuts and facials, so I knew they'd be a great fit for my wedding day. That being said, they really knocked my socks off! These guys were so flexible to last minute changes and were beyond excellent through the planning process. They even squeezed my Aunt in last minute day of, when she couldn't get her hair right. All my girls (and myself included) felt so beautiful. Hair and make up lasted perfectly for everyone the whole day, which is really saying something when we started as 7:30am and parted ways at 11pm. Even more incredible, was how fast and efficient they were. We had 10 hair styles and 6 make up applications finished in under 6 hours. They were always on time if not ahead of schedule, while never sacrificing quality and attention to detail. These guys absolutely ROCK!
