Kathryn is truly a skin expert and you can tell she’s so passionate about what she does. She explained every step, made me feel so comfortable, and customized everything to exactly what my skin needed. The entire experience was relaxing and so thoughtfully done. The little touches — like the rose and chocolates — made it feel like a luxury spa moment. Kathryn is incredibly talented, so sweet, and absolutely amazing at her craft. She was so professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Erika took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and delivered results that look natural yet amazing. My lips look perfect, and the Botox was done flawlessly. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! If you’re considering treatment, I highly recommend Erika Falandys, RN. She’s truly talented and cares about her clients.
