Perfection Nail Salon - Braintree (New Owner)

The nails looked cute but the products used are cheap and the staff/ management are very rude. I received a gel x service here for the first time. I’ve gotten gel x done many times and they’ve never broken. However, this place is closer to home and had good reviews so I wanted to try it as it is more convenient. Initially I was very impressed with the outcome of my nails, despite the fact that the technician was a bit rough with the drill, ultimately burning my nail. I overlooked that because I understand the drills can be tricky and it only hurt for a second. After getting my nails done, I wake up the next morning and two nails have broken! Obviously, mishaps happen so I went back to get the nails replaced. They did so in a timely manner and the nails looked good. Fast forward two days later, 5 of the 10 nails broke in half. Even from the first day the nails were flimsy so I tried to be very mindful and gentle with my hands. Today a week later I have gone in to request a refund because only 5 out of my 10 nails lasted the week! However as soon as I mentioned a refund the employees demeanor immediately changed. She became very rude and short with me. She gave me the owners numbers to discuss with him, I attempted to explain to him the situation and he simply expressed there were no refunds and hung up on me. I was not told about their refund policy and they didn’t make the policy noticeable either. Between the poor service and employee/owner behavior I’m truly disappointed. I’m an avid nail enthusiast and have never experienced such a horrible and rude service. I truly hope they can take this and learn from their mistakes because I highly encourage people to try elsewhere. Definitely overpriced for the services received.

Jenny and her team are amazing! They take pride in what they do and the results always show for it. Jenny, her husband and team make you feel like family the minute you step into her salon. It’s immaculately clean and bright. You will fall in love with perfection nails!

Jenny (the new owner of Perfection Nail Salon) is absolutely incredible! She is kind, patient, attentive, and does incredible work. I am so happy I found her and I will continue to come back to Perfection Nail Salon as well as recommending it to anyone who asks. The salon is clean and all of the staff is very kind. Jenny is truly a wonderful person and I look forward to our appointments every 3 weeks!! Can’t say enough good things about this salon.

I really enjoyed my experience when I came here. Jenny is very knowledgeable and extremely nice. I felt very welcomed. I always love the nails I get. I was a bit scared to try Gel-X for the first time and when Jenny mentioned it, I fully trusted her judgment. Throughout the appointment she also make sure to ask for feedback so if I didn't like something she'll have no problem fixing it. I would 100% recommend her salon to anyone that wants to get their nails done.

One of the best nails salons I’ve ever been too! So clean, love the esthetic. My nails came out beyond my expectations!!! Jenny is amazing as well as all the other employees! Would recommend this salon to everyone!
