I had a massage with Sandy today and she was wonderful to talk to and get a deep tissue massage from! She started off with some energy work, used lavender oil as something to smell, then worked from my face to my toes with me on my back then the other side all while having a really great conversation with her. Most of the advertising for this place seems to be about nail and hair care, but they really should talk about their massages more especially since they weren’t listed as a reason why I’m leaving a review for them here on Google Maps in the preset “What services did you get?” area. My body feels lighter now, I definitely recommend their deep tissue massage service!

Sent this email the middle of September, still haven’t heard back from anyone (more than 1 week later) Good morning, I've been contemplating for quite a while whether or not to send an email about the massage I received last Friday. Not sure where to start. I booked a 90 minute DEEP tissue massage! The massage was medium pressure at best (definitely NOT deep tissue at any given time). The room and bed were cold, I could hear the dryer run, someone in the office next door had multiple loud conversations, heard the front desk phone ring and people walk in the salon. The therapist herself had LONG fingernails, her cell phone kept chiming and vibrating (at least 7 times during my massage and I am pretty sure she responded to one of the text messages "while" massaging me) and she wore sandals (quite unprofessional and not very sanitary in my opinion). Long story short, NOT a pleasant experience. Not sure how we should proceed from here, I am an avid massage goer but won't be able to come back to your salon. I would like you to consider refunding me some money for the quite pricey massage (given the circumstances). Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I recently visited Oksana Salon & Spa and had the good fortune of meeting Sandy who provided a one hour massage. She’s extremely knowledgeable about various health conditions and works closely with you to provide you the best experience. I walked in with a swollen ankle due to a chronic condition that I have and floated out. I won’t hesitate to visit her again and if you’re considering Visiting this salon or if you’re looking for a very knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist, I recommend contacting Sandy. Excellent experience at Oksana Hair and Spa! Oksana’s styling skills are top-notch, and the entire team was incredibly kind and welcoming. The shop itself is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I came in after using a color remover and asked to tone to a level 6, but left with very dark ends and light roots—an uneven result that didn’t meet my expectations. When I returned to ask about fixing it, I was told there weren’t safe options and to just let the toner wash out. I was also offered a bleach bath, but that would cause additional damage I wasn’t comfortable with—especially since it could’ve been avoided with a more aligned approach the first time. I’m disappointed I spent $115 on a service that left my hair in worse condition and to be told that not liking the result isn’t grounds for any type of refund or credit. I’m sharing this not to be negative, but to encourage better communication upfront about what’s realistically achievable, and more transparency about the risks and limitations before proceeding with services. I hope this feedback helps others and the salon improve client satisfaction in the future. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.
