Hello! this was my first time here, my nails? they’re so cute she did an ok job, right hand nails r way longer than the left hand, lil dust stuck under the top gel, whatever. that’s not even the worst part, i literally got YELLED at for asking another coat, i said hey this is a lil see through, can i get one more coat and she started going off, i ended up balling my eyes out cus im already having the worst week of my life and not once did i think getting my nails done was gonna result to me crying, apparently she was mad cus the pic i showed her “was see through color” personally i’ve gotten the same bubble bath set done over 8 times so idk what that even meant, of course it’s see through if it’s a light color and u put two coats that’s why i asked for a third, anyways, lady who did my nails, her name was tam i believe, i did end up paying for the service cus that’s just what decent people do but yeah horrible horrible customer service, mind u i work in customer service myself n i can promise u thats never the right way to talk to a customer especially if they’re nice to you too

It’s rare to find a salon that makes you feel both relaxed and valued. The staff here treat every customer with kindness and patience. My nails came out lovely and elegant.

Every visit I've come to has been nothing shy of incredible; I have a hard time picking designs for myself so I will usually find some inspiration and Tam will be able to take it to the next level. She has always made me feel welcome and does everything she can to make sure it's perfect. I've done manicures, pedicures, gel nail extensions, acrylics, designs galore and I always leave blown away. Not to mention the plethora of compliments I get! Working in a male dominated field leaves a bit of a hole when it comes to feeling pretty, so this is a HUGE help. Will continue to come back (:

Never do reviews but I almost walked out. My first time here and would not go again. Think it was her first time removing dip, she was literally filing off my fingers, not my nails and removal alone took an hour. It was clear they knew this was not ok but never acknowledged it. Changed from dip to regular manicure to speed it up and concerned to do dip after the removal experience. Did a half ass job, rushed through and basically just a polish change, not a full manicure. Worst nail experience I have had.

Usually I don't write reviews but this place was so bad this is an exception. Awful quality (nails didnt last long), horrible customer service, and dirty salon. Spare yourself and go to a better salon in the local area.
