Came in for a fullset & mommy pedi- met Gigi and Jimmy for the first time and they were both amazing! I came in with a general idea of what i wanted for my nails but Jimmy gave me some insight (it had been a long time since i've gotten a fullset). We did something simple and a little out of my comfort zone, but I absolutely loved how it came out. As you can see, it looks beautiful with my engagement ring 😅. Thank you Gigi & Jimmy for making it a great experience!

I really wanted to give this place a positive review, but my experience was very disappointing. I paid $100 plus, for a basic pedicure and a gel manicure, but the service was far from satisfactory. They not only hurt my child but also aggressively pushed upsell services on her every few minutes, suggesting treatments like dips and extensions when all she wanted was a simple gel manicure. The older lady attending to her gave nasty looks when she refused these upsells, and unfortunately, she ended up cutting her fingers, painting the wrong color, and hurting her cuticles. I've included pictures for reference. In my own experience, I didn't feel as much pressure since I'm an adult. However, I noticed that the staff was visibly unhappy when I chose to pay with my credit card, which included the tip in the transaction. They added an extra $5 without informing me first. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional and not how a new customer should be treated. It's no surprise that the place was nearly empty, and I can clearly foresee a decline in their business ahead.

I loved my experience! Mala did such an amazing job doing my nails. I got dip powder manicure. You will not regret coming here! They will make sure you’re satisfied with your service and you get what you asked for.

Jimmy and Gigi are the best in the field. I went into Pro Nails not knowing what I wanted but after some help from Jimmy, I left with the best feeling in the world. Nothing better than a supportive experience with talented artists. I’ll be back for sure!
