Update: I just went back on 11/17 for the redo. After the staff told me “yes” on the phone, I arrived and was told the manager had left and they couldn’t take me, and that they were only taking clients—making me look stupid. There were two staff members and only one was occupied. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix it after paying $60 yesterday. Review 11/16. The quality of this place has gone down a lot. My feet usually look like pink toe picture(reference), nice and smooth, but lately they’ve been painting my nails horribly and very messy. When I complained to the girl, she told me that if I wanted them redone, I would have to pay again, even though the job was clearly done poorly.

Amazing atmosphere and extremely friendly staff and very helpful with any questions you may have. I had Tona as my nail tech and wow was she fabulous! I got a full set gel acrylics and I’ve never seen anyone do a set that fast and that perfect! 🤩 every single nail looked the exact same and she did the perfect shape and length! I’m beyond happy! I will definitely be back! The owner I believe I spoke to also was super nice and helpful as well. If you have not been to this salon I highly highly recommend going here! You won’t be disappointed. I’ve gone to numerous salons in the area and this is by far the best one I’ve been too. I’m locked in now! Finally found the best nail salon! Thank you 🙏🥰

Y’all, when I say I’m OBSESSED! They really did an amazing job on my toes and fingernails. They’re going to look amazing on my wedding day!

I went to this salon 3 months ago. The nail tech was nice and friendly. The environment was clean and relaxing. I went in the evening and the place was full. It was my first and last time there. My nail tech wasn’t feeling good and it was later in the evening so I’m not sure if that was why my nails and experience turned out horrible. I got nicked a lot of times. She was definitely cutting into my skin way too much. The final one was when I was bleeding. I didn’t feel the others until I got home and saw my skin was so red and raw. It was so sensitive and hurt but not bleeding. In one of the pictures you can see little “hairs” under the polish and then bumps the next day. It was from after cutting, filing and buffing. I thought it was weird that she didn’t have me wash my hands after that and before polish… I’m sure that was the particles left on my nails. What bothered me was when after cutting she used the brush from the nail tech next to her to brush the excess skin from my nails… that’s not hygienic. Not sure when she cut my skin but it was bleeding a lot. I thought that she would put that glue to stop the bleeding but that didn’t happen until later. Anyway, I still tipped 20% because I felt bad and was raised to not say anything to not be difficult. It was also closing and I had my daughter’s first birthday the next day so I didn’t have the time to get it redone. I know there’s a week no chip policy but I was too upset to go back. Honestly I think it depends which of the techs you go to because some of the pictures I see on the review looks beautiful. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience and my nails were terrible. The pictures speak for itself.

Unfortunately do not recommend if you have your natural nails. I went for the first time and was there for three hours for a regular gel manicure on my natural nails and a gel pedicure. While the ladies were lovely, my NATURAL nails broke from the root three days after getting them done. i’ve been growing my nails for the past seven months and it is extremely disappointing that I am now back to square one. My nails were filed down so much that they were all bendy and eventually broke from the root. The girls were awesome when I went in for my concerns but they were not able to do anything. Called the owner and all she said was there’s not return policy and this “just sometimes happens” like i said i’ve been doing my natural nails the same way for the past seven months and this has never happened. $130 down the drain just to have to get the hem removed and re done elsewhere and restart growing again. Really upsetting, disappointing and frustrating.
