Had the loveliest Gel X mani done by Kayla today, as well as a pedicure with another sweet staff member whose name I did not catch. Cannot recommend this place enough. Kayla did an amazing job and they were able to accommodate my request for nail art last minute. Very clean, sleek salon with extremely talented professionals!

I had such a great, relaxing experience. My nails look amazing. Judy, my technician, did an incredible job!

I’ve been going to MiniLuxe for years, but this last visit was honestly a joke. They waited until the morning of my appointment to cancel my wax—via text—so of course I didn’t even see it. I showed up expecting both services, only to find out the wax wasn’t happening. Then it somehow got worse. I ended up waiting a full hour for my pedicure, including 20 minutes just sitting in the pedicure chair with no one acknowledging me. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and completely avoidable. The tiny discount they offered didn’t come close to making up for the massive inconvenience. And now I have to waste more time driving to another location on a different day just to get the wax I originally scheduled. The whole experience felt careless and disrespectful of my time. MiniLuxe really dropped the ball on this one.

Daisy was Great! She took her time and shaped my nails beautifully. My nails look so pretty, love them.😍

I got a pedicure and 2 days later my toe nails look bad. The person who did the pedicure was in a rush to get her lunch break that she forgot to put the final coat on my toes. Very disappointed with the service. Will not return to this MiniLuxe.
