T & K Nails Design

A few weeks ago, I posted a review about an awful experience I had with Kevin. I got a new set of acrylic nails with gel polish and extensions. The polish was uneven and all over my fingers, the acrylic was way too thick and also all over my fingers, and he cut 8 out of my 10 fingers (see photos). I was so upset afterwards, and I told the front, and they did not offer any discounts or sympathy. My nails were cut up and in pain for several days afterwards. It wasn't until after I filled out the feedback form did the owner reach out to me. They were extremely kind and helpful, and offered to make the situation right, which I appreciated. She recommended several nail techs who she thought would be a better fit. I came back 3 weeks later to get a fill with Phoebe. She was so wonderful! Friendly, focused, and careful. She cleaned up my nails, thinned them out, and fixed the shape without cutting or hurting me. She was so gentle and made my nails like so much better. I will definitely come back and have them done by her again, and I would recommend her to anyone else considering coming in! Thank you to the owner for making things right!

Today I got my nails done with Ruby and she absolutely rocks! She’s one of the best at what she does—so talented and professional. Everyone at the salon is super kind and welcoming, and the manager is always amazing, making sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied. I truly appreciate the great service and positive vibes. I LOVE T&K Nails, I first booked with them in 2022 and came back this year. I am a very skeptical person when it comes to beauty services, so Ive tried a lot of nail salons near my area. T&K Nails has been my favorite one, and I have started going to them exclusively! I have been booking with Vicky. She communicates clearly and is super gentle with the process. She recreated a design I saw on Instagram that she had done before and she did an amazing job. Most recently, I asked her for a design I found and she nailed it again. Vicky is fantastic, and I will be going back to T&K for my next set! So glad to have finally found a nail tech worth committing to ❤️❤️

I got a dip powder manicure from Danny. He did an amazing job and was quick, yet detail-oriented. He let me see what chrome colors would look like on my chosen color, and when I didn't like how they looked, he recommended a gold sparkle that ended up perfect for what I wanted!
