Stellar nails and spa

I’m surprised that I haven’t written a review for this wonderful and truly STELLAR salon sooner. I have been going to Stellar nails & spa for such a long time now, religiously! It is the only salon I will go to and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place as well as the kind, caring, and talented nail technicians here. They are so creative if I show a picture of what I want- they will emulate that while putting their own artistic expression into their work. I always leave there feeling much better and uplifted. They are so helpful and welcoming. All the stars at Stellar Nails and Spa! 🌟

I almost never write reviews but am thoroughly disappointed with the state of my cuticles after coming here on my trip from California. I booked with Amanda and was very excited to get my nails done for a concert I’m attending. While there, I was treated roughly, and repeatedly cut with the electric nail file. As you can see by my photos, most of the delicate skin around my cuticles has been damaged - on 6 out of 10 of my fingers. She also filed off my real nails underneath the acrylics (which I did not ask for and have never had anyone do) and made them jagged and broken. I am livid. I didn’t say anything at the time and even tipped my normal 20% but only because I remember living on tips and how difficult it can be. I thought maybe she was having a bad day and gave her the benefit of the doubt. However, the more it think about how rudely she spoke to me and how she had total disregard of my comfort, the more upset I become. I visit Boston frequently but I will never come back here again. Treat your customers better!

I absolutely adore Adele she is always very sweet and welcoming. Adele is always very precise and takes her time when doing my nails.

This was my second visit and I have never felt more at home in a salon. Each visit I was hoping on a prayer to be taken as a walk-in and both times Amanda was able to accommodate me. I hit it just right today she was busy all day and I walked in at thee perfect time. My nails came out perfect both times. The salon is so clean and welcoming!

Stellar nails is our new place to go for pedicures. I called at 4:45 to see if we can come in for 2 pedicures- she said yes and they closed at 6! Took very good care of us- checked if we needed water repeatedly- gave amazing massages, hot stones, hot towel, paraffin dip! We got galaxy deluxe pedicures- and Amanda did amazing work on my fiances toes! We will be back again for sure! The owner did a gorgeous job painting my nails a beautiful red ! Thrill of Brazil.!! Thank you- we loved our experience!
