He took his time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and absolutely nailed the design (no pun intended!). I walked out completely in love with my nails. They turned out even better than I imagined. Brian, you are truly talented and hands down amazing! Thank you for your kindness, attention to detail, and making me feel so comfortable. You’ve definitely gained a loyal customer for life! 💅💖

2025-12-14I haven’t been able to get my nails done in several years, saw the reviews online and decided to try Queen nails and spa out and I was not disappointed! Got a full Gelx set with Brian and they are so cute! Will definitely be coming back. Very friendly and easy to book online.

2025-12-09my usual nail salon was closed so I saw the reviews here and decided to try. I made an appointment for 3:30 and at 3:40 I was told it would be 50 mins for the tech I scheduled with, which would’ve been 30 minutes before they close. so I went with someone else and she spent a lot of time making sure the shape was good which the shape came out really well. Unfortunately I just got them done yesterday and 8 of my nails are chipping or already halfway peeled off. It also took 2 hours without any cuticle care. The set was $63 which is fair but for no cuticle care and already chipping unfortunately I won’t be returning

2025-07-27I have been consistently coming to this nail salon for months now and have been consistently booking with Brian for acrylic nails. He always conveys a welcoming and friendly attitude while maintaining professionalism. Every time I book with him, I know my sets will turn out amazing! He truly puts a lot of effort in his work and it shows through his application, shaping, ability to create flawless designs, and retention. I have never felt that he rushes or halfheartedly does my nails and I greatly appreciate how he pauses between steps to confirm that I am happy with the length, shape, design, etc. If I ever do notice something I would like done differently, he does not hesitate to ask for further clarification and never makes me feel negatively about speaking up. Overall, I have only had great experiences going to Brian for my nails and always leave with high quality work.
