Town Nails and Spa

I am admittedly a difficult nail client (I want my nails to be perfect!) and Town always delivers and provides an absolutely amazing service. I never write reviews but I genuinely feel like I would be doing them a disservice by not posting. I go for the regular gel manicure and it lasts me at least 3 weeks, if not longer. Nancy and Chi are the best!!!

I originally came here for a dip manicure about two weeks ago as a first time customer. Unfortunately, my nails started lifting within the first week, which was disappointing since I’ve been getting dip manicures for years and they usually last 4–5 weeks for me. When I reached out, the salon offered me 50% off my next service but wouldn’t refund me, saying it was normal wear and tear — which I didn’t agree with. However, I went back recently to have them fixed, and my experience was much better. The nail tech took her time to smooth and correct the issues, and I really appreciated that she made things right. The pedicure there was also amazing — definitely the highlight of my visits. Overall, I updated my rating to 4 stars because the follow-up service showed good customer care and improvement.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The space is clean and they are very thorough with sanitizing all their tools. My pedicure and manicure were both super relaxing — especially the massage with hot stones. Nee was my technician and she was absolutely amazing: gentle, detail-oriented, and so friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Super disappointed in my most recent visit. I had gone once before for a gel manicure and got a nice ombré that looked fine from the top, but was pretty thick from the side and super uneven when you looked up close. It got worse as it grew out, so I came back in less than 2 weeks to get it fixed and just do something simple in hopes that it would be better. This location is convenient for me and does online reservations, so I was hopeful that this experience could be redeemed. Unfortunately my second experience was even worse. While she was nice, the nail tech was inexperienced and messy. I asked for a pale yellow and a clean look and what I got was the lumpiest gel manicure I have ever seen. It’s clunky, uneven, and thicker than if I were to have gotten tips with a dip manicure. What makes it worse is that after asking her to fix it and almost an hour and a half of sitting in the chair, I still ended up with a result I didn’t like. The salon was cute and clean, and the staff was friendly. I probably went in there with too high of expectations for what I wanted; the nails look ok. I didn’t get the most tenured nail technician, but I could tell she was trying her best and that’s all we can ask for 😊
