Finding someone you trust is hard. I came for Colored by Kayla and calling her a miracle worker is an understatement. Another salon damaged my hair with highlights by an amateur but Kayla saved the day. I was so devastated that she took me in right away and was extremely welcoming, empathetic, and an absolute gem of a person and stylist. Kayla made me feel very comfortable with her skillset and the color correction process, even taking some precautions to protect the rest of my hair. I love how my highlights turned out and she is officially my stylist!

Very comfortable salon , with friendly and professional staff. My second time visiting and Jolena took time to listen to what I wanted . She was patient and didn’t rush my appointment at all , adding an extra service when we discussed it . Plenty of parking ( always a plus ) and competitive prices , a great little salon !

The best salon in central mass, everyone at Jen’s is kind welcoming and extremely talented, Jolena is a fantastic hairstylist and gives amazing scalp massages, AJ is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to products and color services. 10/10 salon this place is fantastic

i booked an appointment for a haircut and a blowout. i show up to the hair salon and nobody is there and i never got a cancellation call, text or anything at all. i waited there for about 25 minutes until i decided to leave. I have something very important to go to tomorrow and today was the only day i could do it and i got stood up by the hairstylist im sure she was very sweet and would have done an amazing job on my hair but unfortunately she didn't show up! so be careful when you book your appointment!

Not only did Jolena give me exactly what I asked for, she also gave me expert advice on hair products. I highly recommend Jolena and Jen’s Untamed salon.
