genuinely an amazing experience. not only did Tracy do the cutest nails but the staff were so sweet, i was not feeling well and they accommodated me and made sure i felt okay and safe while giving and amazing service. i love it here and will most definitely be back

I came in as a walk-in for Gel-X soak off & full set. I had two different nail techs—one to remove the old set, and one to do the new set. Little to no cuticle/nail prep was done for the new application. The gooseneck lamp (the smaller UV lamp for singular nails) hurt and made it feel like my nails were being burned. Afterwards I noticed that there was nail glue/top coat on my fingers and under my nails. The appointment also took a while (1hr 45min) for a very basic service. All of this, plus the fact that one of the nails popped off today, just a week after the appointment, and other nails have started lifting. All in all, I won’t be coming back. Update a day later, another nail has come off.

By far, the worst customer service. I went in for a full set and a kids mani pedi for my daughter. First, they tried to give me a hard time because “my daughter doesn’t look under 10” even though i told them multiple times she was 9. they then proceeded to question my daughter about her age as if i was lying. Second, I showed them a picture of the design i wanted and told them the length so i could get a price quote before i sat down. she gave me the prices of the full set, design, ect all separately so i did the math and said “so $80 TOTAL” she said yes and i even asked 2 more times to clarify and all 3 times that she was asked, her answer was yes. i was still charged more than that when paying at the end. Third, the “arch” on my nails is absolutely ridiculous and when i said something about it, i was ignored. Fourth, i asked them NOT to cut my daughters nails and she did so anyway, when i said something to the lady, she shrugged her shoulders and continued to do what she wanted. my daughter asked her to fix the polish on one of her nails and she said “no, it’s fine”. All this happened on Tuesday; by Friday i had two nails that were lifting; by Saturday i was missing those two nails and it’s now sunday and i'm missing another. I called and asked to speak with a manager, he was unwilling to help and just very dismissive about the things i was saying. I won’t be returning, i don’t and will never recommend visiting this salon.

Through the years trying almost every nail salon in Worcester I finally found a place that welcomes you one and two there services speak for themselves they go above and beyond to have your nails and toes and eyebrows on point the owner and his wife are so nice one time I was there an elderly customer came in whose been coming there for years the owner tells me when my elderly clients can’t come in anymore I go to them 🥹🥹🥹🥹 that’s it for me never going anywhere else the best nail salon in Worcester period

1st time client and loved my Spa Pedicure Very good price for everything you get Great service will definitely be back.
