Jojoba Nails & Spa

I recently moved from Arlington to the Cape. However, I come back periodically and only want Jojoba to do my pedicures. They always welcome me and treat me with kindness and professionalism. I love Helen.

If you just want to get your nails done quickly, this will do. If you like ambiance, and friendly service this will not do. But I'm very picky.

I was very happy with a gel manicure I got here 4 weeks ago and went again today. Totally different experience. They called to see if I could go in earlier than my appointment, which I did, and apparently the nail tech was in a big rush to get out of there. He was going so quickly that he cut my cuticle pretty badly. He used base coat, gel color, top coat and cuticle oil, which means all of those bottles are now contaminated with my blood. I asked him what the policy was for discarding the bottles when something like that happens but he laughed it off and put the bottles back in their places. Aside from the cut, manicure is mediocre. Won't return.

Despite the salon being super busy, Tom was so attentive and patient when I explained what I wanted. I got a dip manicure with extensions & it took about an hour. I think they turned out great! The place is a little cluttered but the workers are kind and welcoming!

Loved my experience here! Nam is a wonderful and skilled nail technician. He was not only gentle with my cuticles, but also created a design on the spot from a picture I had saved on my phone. Will definitely be returning! (Pictures show my dip nail with extension tips)
