A+ I just had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Marc at Spa L’eau on Martha’s Vineyard. I should note, I get massages frequently and at highly recommended and well known spas. THIS MASSAGE was quite literally the best massage I have ever had in my life. The pressure was absolutely perfect — firm enough to melt away every knot but never uncomfortable. I could feel my shoulders, upper back, mid-back, and lower back release in a way they never have before. The spa thought of everything: they gave me noise-canceling earbuds with serene music so I could tune out the world, and the massage room itself was cozy and peaceful. Marc even worked on my neck and the front of my arms near my armpits — places no therapist has ever focused on — and it completely opened up my upper body. At one point he did something that even cleared my sinuses! And then…the warmed towels? Heavenly. I left feeling lighter, looser, and deeply restored. This is not just a massage — it’s a full-body reset. If you’re ever on Martha’s Vineyard, do yourself a favor and book with Marc. I’ll be back. Thank you again!

Two weeks later, and still flawless! I held off on posting about my recent manicure and pedicure because I wanted to see how well it would hold up to the daily demands of life—and I’m impressed. Two weeks in, and the polish is still immaculate, the shape perfect, and my hands and feet continue to feel well cared for. While there, I also treated myself to a Birthday facial that turned out to be one of the most rejuvenating experiences I’ve had in years—expertly done, restorative, and truly professional from start to finish. Antoinette was wonderful and gave a good massage. She hit the spots that needed attention and was courteous and friendly. Be aware that the massage rooms are open on top so noise from other services are a bit distracting. She offered ear buds to drown out noise.

On a mother daughter short get away, I booked two 90 minute massages and wow!!!! Marc is AMAZING!!! My mother had Antoinette (I apologize if I didn’t spell it correctly) and was raving about how amazing she was! This was such a great experience, I’ve had a lot of massages and this hands down was one of THE BEST!! Highly recommend!! Professional, clean, welcoming and attentive from ease of booking to end of appointment. A little over a week later and my nails are still looking as great as when I walked out their doors.
