Majestic Nails Spa

I’ve been to Majestic Nails Spa in North Andover about three times for GelX nails since June 2025. While the nails last well and look nice, the owner, Lava, has consistently been unprofessional whenever I ask for them to be shortened. I gave her multiple chances because her work is fast and lasts, but there’s been a clear pattern of disrespect when it comes to honoring this request. At first it was just eye rolls or sighs, but at my most recent visit on 8/23/25 (12:15–1:40pm), she went too far. When I asked for shorter nails again, Lava told me “I slap you” while motioning her hand like a slap towards me — with another employee standing nearby observing the service. They both laughed, but I did not. I defended myself and reminded her this is a paid service, not free, and I should not be made to feel like asking for shorter nails is a problem. She then tried to change the subject by pointing out her haircut, which she had requested short at the salon she went to. I explained this was exactly my point: as clients, we pay for what we want, and our preferences should be respected. Her response was simply, “I like long nails, I tell my customers long, long, long.” The nail work may last, but professionalism and respect are just as important. It’s unfortunate, because she is skilled and the nails did last a month on me — but the lack of professionalism outweighs the quality. For that reason, I won’t be returning.

best manicure i’ve ever gotten in my life. $75 before gratuity for dip with a full set of tips and chrome but it was worth it- Jasmine is phenomenal. she understood exactly what I wanted when I showed her a picture of the shape i wanted. the manicure also came with a complimentary paraffin dip!

Jasmine was amazing. She was so kind and was patient with my little requests. Best nails I’ve had done. Will definitely be coming back to see her 😍😍

Have followed Lava for years and her salon here never disappoints. She holds all her technicians to high standards and I feel comfortable with everyone if I can't get in with Lava. I always feel welcomed; relaxed and listened to/trust them with what I want and am looking for. Perfect nails that last 3+ weeks every time and the best pedicures. Everyone is so accommodating; helpful and aim to give their clients what they are looking for!

I leave here SO HAPPY every single time. Jasmine is so so amazing, extremely meticulous, and so talented. They are worth every single cent and truly the best nail place I have ever been too. They actually trim your cuticles, give you time for your old manicure to soak off instead of aggressively shaving it down, clean under the nails, do wax dipping so your hands are super moisturized and do an incredible job with the polish itself. My natural nails are very happy as you can see :)
