I came here not regularly but as my nail salon. I truly believe she does great work. Compared to the salons around here. It makes me sad that I have to leave this review. I came here to get a manicure and a pedicure. I need an acrylic on my toe as usual because my toenail fell off and it needs acrylic for special events. Something I always do. So he finishes my nails and starts to paint them and it looks horrible. Mind you he didn't get the crap from underneath my nails in my basic pedicure. I asked for him to get under my nails and I had to pay $10 more. So my nail looks horrible and I tell him I want it shaped differently. Rolls his eyes. I tell him that his wife usually makes my toenail look beautiful. Rolls his eyes again and talks Chinese to go get the wife sitting in the car doing nothing. She comes in huffing and puffing and says she'll fix my nail but won't do my manicure because I'm too picky. So I walked out. What I asked to be done is something I always get done and today it was an issue and unfortunately for them they lost my business and whoever reads this review they're very rude very short they don't have time to do your nails they just want your money. Never again. Sad day for me. I was going to have them do the bridesmaids for my brother's wedding too. I left a review 2 years ago under Carissa Carpenter. You can see my first review. So at least 2 years I have been going to them. 😭😭 Anyways where's the best spot to get your nails done out here??? It's Style nails!!!!! In Northampton!!! Go to style nails ladies!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I hadn’t been there for over three years, but decided to give it another try this past weekend. Unfortunately, nothing has improved; in fact, the situation has worsened. The nail technician repeatedly burned and cut the sides of my fingers with the nail file. My fingers are still sore and red from the experience. Despite politely asking him to stop hurting and burning my nails and fingers, his behavior only worsened. Additionally, I clearly communicated the length and shape I wanted, but he ignored my instructions and cut my nails much shorter than requested, shaping them in a way I did not ask for. Based on this experience, I will never return to this salon, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I went in for a full acrylic set. The first girl who did the acrylic was okay but the glue or acrylic stuck to one of my fingers and when I went to pull it apart it ripped the skin. The girl who did my polish messed up even after I explained. I couldn't wait for her to fix it. I've been here before and it's either a hit or miss. I won't be coming back after this time.

Nail Pro is definitely hit or miss. I've had some pretty good experiences and some not so great onrs. My latest trip wasn't the greatest. The nail tech was a little rough with my cuticles, did a poor job with my dip, and overall poor service. Just last Tuesday, I was in for just dip. While I was instantly seated, the nail tech rushed my color choice so she could begin taking off my old gel polish. She didn't let the acetone process and ended up just grinding the majority of my old polish off. With the dip, she didn't take it all the way to the nail bed or edges, so after just 6 days, I have a lot of growth showing. Additionally, many of the nails have cracked polish now on them, though the nail is still completely intact. Finally, I asked for a matte finish and was prompted it would be an additional $5. I agreed and was quickly disappointed. I left with a polish that was dull and lackluster, but definitely not matte. I have zero intent on returning.

Horrible service I went in for gel manicure, before the two weeks was up three nails came off. Went back they fixed it , few days later another two nails came off went back got those fixed, and then fours more nails came off. Their product is not strong, it’s cheap and rose rushes through the mail process. Not recommend at all for business. Her husband fixed one of my nails and that. Mail seems to be ok for now. How ever at the moment I am Missing 4 nail, so I have to go to another place to them taken off and get my nails done….smh I’m so upset.
