2025-09-20This has to be the absolute best place in the city! I have never left unsatisfied. They are wonderful at Pleasant Nails. Always friendly and really listen and pay attention to detail. Have been going here for a couple of years now. They are all great, And Truman is the Best!! You can tell he takes pride in his work.

2025-03-26Beware and Stay away!!!! I had to soak my nails in peroxide to prevent infection. First time here and I had Lana, our conversation was a hello and what color? Awkward silence the whole time. Doing my nails it felt like she had to go somewhere or take a #2. She was rough handling them going way too fast. My favorite part is when she buffed my skin so red with her file. That was awesome! My hands burned when I had to go wash. I pointed to all the damage. She says sorry honey.” I paid $55 for physical abuse. I should have never paid all that money. I just couldn’t wait to get out of there.

2025-07-31Don't bother scheduling an appointment. I had a pedicure appointment and unfortunately waited 45 minutes without being seen. Someone eventually mentioned they were almost done with another client, but by then I had to leave. I understand delays happen, but almost an hour later is totally unacceptable when you had an appointment scheduled.
