2025-03-28Recently engaged and using it as an excuse to go get my nails done as often as I can lol booked with Lanah for a spa manicure and gave her total creative control. She absolutely killed it. Everyone in there is so sweet, professional, the space is beautiful & it was an all around great experience. We already booked our next appointments! Can’t wait to see them again!!

2025-06-14I have been going to Vanessa for just about a year and I have NEVER been disappointed with a design. I am always getting compliments on my nails and I always tell people that I have one of the best nail techs ever. Vanessa always comes up with a fantastic design even when we both have no idea what to do with my nails!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done. Vanessa and the rest of the staff are very accommodating and friendly and I love going and getting my nails done.

2025-06-13I would give zero stars for today’s service but I can only go as low as 1. I’ll start by saying that I very much enjoyed getting my nails done at this salon. I’ve been coming since about February and have not had a bad experience until today. The nail tech Vanessa has always been a little rough with using the e-file. But during the removal of my nails today somehow, the nail got caught and grabbed my skin. An actual chunk of skin was removed at that time. I washed my hands, she applied an antiseptic (which burned horribly) to the open area. At this point the prior product was removed from my nails. I honestly should have left at that point, but since I went through that actual ordeal of having the skin removed, I figured I mine as well make it worth it a little bit. We canned the design plan and chose a solid color. I was upset and shocked as I think she was also. I understand that mistakes happen, but this hurt! Somehow what hurt more was the fact that I was charged the FULL PRICE! of the service. I’ve had such a crumby day and was looking forward to getting my nails done. This was so unfortunate, and I am incredibly disappointed in this service.
