Pamper Nail Spa

Stopped in today for a gel manicure. Upon walking in no one greeted me. I noticed an iPad at the front so I asked the lady near it if I needed to sign in since it was my first time and she said yea sign in with a nasty attitude. I signed in and sat down for a few minutes. There were 3 workers in the back I guess they only do pedicures and 3 at the front with customers. Since I was not acknowledged or greeted I decided not to stay an went to another salon that took me right away. With the amount of nail salons in the area I recommend that they improve their customer services.

Update: I went back to the salon and the nail tech I had fixed the nail yesterday and another one that was chipping. Again the workers here are very kind and I wanted to come back and change my review to a higher one if the issue was fixed so I did 😊. I really like this place and pride myself in giving honest reviews. I gave 4 stars because I had to return 3 times for the same issue but it was fixed and the salon is clean and friendly. They get the job done. Updated photos are included below. Okay so i was going to give this place a 5 star review because I was treated very kind and overall my nails came out nice when I left but the same day I got the nails done my index finger chipped … maybe the gel didn’t harden properly or needed more coats? Pamper nails had a different tech fix it when I went yesterday but they just patched it up without taking the polish off and doing it again.. so the next day it is literally chipped in the same spot again… I should be able to wash my hands without the gel chipping… now my index finger is chipped 2 times in the same spot in less than a week… also I see the thumb beginning to chip too! I really like this place and would love to change this review because everyone was so kind but I will see if they fix again and the quality of all the nails… usually my gel nails last weeks without redoing them… this time it only lasted a couple hours… 🙁 idk you be the judge but pictures are below… I spent over 100 on a mani and pedi so I expect them to last a few weeks.. this again was same day…

Highly disappointed with my results, I paid one hundred and sixty five dollars for bare minimum work. My manicurist did not even attempt to clean up my cuticles. I left with excess product on my skin and ultimately unhappy.

The pictures they promote are obviously taken from online because my nails were supposed to be a medium length plain white acrylic. No design nothing fancy and they were done horribly.(costed $50). My cuticles were flooded and acrylic all over my finger. You can see where the tips start at aswell. The lady messed up and just painted one of my nails white so it looks completely different.Got a so called wax and no hair came from my eye brows..($8). Got a face wax and nothing came off aswell($20).

Ana does my nails normally and she does a really good job! She’s also sweet and efficient. I’ve also had my pedicures done by a few of the ladies (most recently Pina) and wow! I love how gentle each of them are with my nails and feet. Plus, those spa pedicures with the scents are a huge plus. Highly recommend them!
