SS Nail Salon

I paid $80 for these just for the design to be lazy and uncoordinated. the inspo pick had bows and I did not even get those. if you are unable to do a design, please tell your customer so they don’t end up like this! I am very unhappy and embarrassed with these and will not be coming back.

Me and my sister-in-law have been going here for around 2 years and see Savannah and Samantha. They always do a fantastic job for both of us! Love my newest set of Christmas nails!

My daughter and I, along with 2 of my close friends, have been going here pretty steadily since 2021. The dynamic of the entire salon has changed drastically. The two daughters used to be extremely friendly and kind, paying close attention to detail, every visit. Now, many times they seem to rush through your visit, not paying attention to your cuticles, rushing through the drying process, refusing to file certain areas, & not applying oil or lotion… I have witnessed one of the girls actually tell my daughter “no that will look ugly” when she’s ask them to cut her nails shorter & they actually refused to do so. They will talk badly of other salons and people in front of everyone. I don’t know what happened but even with the new interior designs, it’s definitely not what it used to be…

Samantha is amazing with nail art! She can recreate any design I show her — so detailed and perfect every time

I love that Savanna is honest with her clients. She’ll tell you exactly what your nails need, and she always explains why. It shows how professional she is
