Not Good. First the seats are not functional for anyone who is 5'2 - or under. I had to uncomfortabley "recline" so the tech could immediately start on my pedi - no soaking - she was in a hurry! She wrapped what appeared to be dirty dish clothes around my feet - upon inquiring - she said they were stained ...but clean. (They looked disgusting!) The treatment was supposed to be an hour - mine was barely 40 minutes at best. After she polished my toes - she started sweeping all around me! Then she said - put your shoes on...BUT my nails were still wet! She said nothing. I was so frustrated by what I thought would be a relaxing afternoon - that I left bared footed - with wet nails. It was one of the worst pedi ever! FYI - I paid for the LUXE treatment. I just received the response. I was early not late! It was untrue that I asked the tech to be quiet. I was NOT offered additional pillows. The towels were not stained with polish. Your response reflects the lack of awareness of your service deficits and customer service. I regret that the information you posted is defensive and false!

I scheduled my wedding nails and spray tan here because they were located conveniently, but I will keep going back because of the service. Toni who did my spray tan was so friendly and thorough - she made sure to give me all the information I needed before and after to make the tan look its best. Thalie did my gel manicure and polish pedicure. She was a joy to chat with and checked in at multiple steps to ensure that I was happy with how everything looked. The final product was perfect!

I planned a Bachelorette Spa day for my Bride where we got pedicures and manicures the whole morning. Diane, the store owner, was flexible and extremely accommodating with having 7 girls in her spa! She communicated with me in a quickly manner and answered all questions I had. We were able to bring in our own breakfast foods and “mimosa bar” free of charge and only had to pay for our services! The technicians were great at their jobs and we felt relaxed and well taken care of. The space is beautiful and clean, with big comfy couches to sit in for your pedicure! I would highly recommend this spa for any bride to be or anyone looking for a relaxing spa day😁 Thanks so much Diane!!!

Beach House is fantastic! The spa is beautifully decorated and has plush, comfy oversized chairs for pedicures. The overall vibe is upscale relaxation. I like to bring a book, cozy up into the pedicure chair and relax and this is just the place to do so! The employees are so nice and helpful! At my appointment, when I not once but twice hit my toes and smudged my polish, it was no problem. My nail technician fixed it both times with no irritation. There is a great selection of nail polishes-I particularly love the Dazzle polish! It stays on longer than regular polish but doesn't tear my nails up like gel. For someone who is finicky about their polish, it really is a great option to have! Facial services here are amazing!! I have had two so far and am making the switch from my former esthetician to Jenna! I can't rave about this place enough! It truly is a fantastic, relaxing, calming and fun atmosphere to pamper yourself!

I went in recently with my Dad, I truly have never had a better Nail salon experience! I had Cassandra and she was so nice, Constantly asking if i’m comfortable and okay was really helpful! I wish I caught the name of who helped my dad because she was also amazing according to him, We will definitely be returning! I also have extremely short nails and polish is typically rough for me in my work, However after building two shelving units that were quite confusing i’ve had 0 chips! I believe I got Gel! Definitely will be getting again!
