Apollo Salon & Spa

I am a new client and have found a new salon and stylist. I LOVE my color and cut! Kelsey is an amazing talent and I enjoyed my time in her chair. We chatted like new friends over coffee-it was a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon. And the salon is simply beautiful. I booked my next appointment and will be back for a visit in about 8 weeks.

Stepping into Apollo feels like entering a sanctuary. The gentle ambiance, the warmth of herbal tea in the waiting room. Everything inviting you to slow down and breathe. Each element of my facial, from the products to the intentional, mindful touch all felt rooted in care and presence. I left feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful. A truly beautiful space, inside and out.

Absolutely would not recommend this place!!! I went for a partial foil and left with a disaster. See photos for reference. My stylist was spastic, dropping things, spilling dye and asking other stylists how to mix dye. He was very rough and it was a far from relaxing experience. I had my hair washed in cold water, not even warm. I was upset when leaving but still paid for my service. After getting in my car and crying I called the salon to ask for a refund. They said they would call me back, which they never did. I called the next day and they refused a refund and stated “I seemed happy with i left”. They offered to have a different stylist fix my hair but I’m going elsewhere. I wanted some honey blonde mixed in with my natural hair and left with a skunkdo.

Will was great! I've just recently gone to short hair at 50 years old, so making a hair appt at a salon was a new experience, because walk in service was my previous routine. After checking in and seeing my "duck dynasty" stylist, I did have a moment of pause but it was unwarranted. He was cordial, professional, and knew what I was needing in a cut, when I felt I couldn't accurately describe what I wanted. I was relaxed and very pleased with the service and will be returning.

Karen was awesome. She understood the assignment when I told her I didn’t care how she cut it I just wanted to still be able to pull it up. My hair is fine and thin and I left with so much body. And I am obsessed with the color. It was exactly what my brain had pictured.
