2025-10-20I had my nails done at another establishment in Sanford the same day. The nail’s were a mess from the other place! The owner of Sanford nails told me when to come in to have my nails done again, I arrived to a beautiful place, neat organized and clean! The place where I came from was disgusting! My nails look 1000% better thanks to Sanford Nails! I have posted the pictures of the brand new nails and I am so happy! Please, stay away from the nail place by the bowling alley! Bad news! Sanford nails was so caring and attentive!

2025-08-17First the older man told me I didn't have an appointment, which i definitely did...Friday at 3pm. Waited 1/2 hrs, only to have the man file my polish off, which i said I didn't want the polish to be taken off that way, because they always break the skin around my nails. Then waited 20 mins for someone else to do the fill. Now another customer of there's said they pay 25$ for a fill.....I PAID 40.00$. So for waiting an hour for the service and 3 cuticles cut and bleeding, I had to pay 40.00$ I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE. Bad service and RUDE people!!!!

2025-01-19got my nails done today and they came out Terrible. she told me i didnt have an appointment which i Definitely did! and she immediately started rushing on my nails & they look rushed. she wasnt polite and i did not feel welcomed at all and im VERY upset about my nails. Poor EVERYTHING service. Will never go back. Also showed her a picture of what i wanted and she did the absolute opposite. Worst nail experience EVER

2024-06-23Went to get my toenails (gel) done at this place for the first time and it was sloppy. The guy who did it didn’t do a great job. But I still paid good tip, because that is how I am. If the lady can do it better I’ll probably return. I’ve been to different states and usually I get mine done nice and clean, and paint not over the skin. I put 3 stars because they were both nice and welcoming.
