Went in for a fill and came out like this . Acrylic is so crooked . Feel I need to get them taken off and redone at place I usually go to . I never seen anyone make them look crooked . Very rushed and it was just my daughter and I . Maybe if there was more time taken . These just look silly to Me with extra acrylic around the sides as well .

Called when they first opened to make sure I could get. The women who did my nails, kept nicking my skin. I asked for a dip set. She seemed unsure how to even do it, another tech came over to watch her, the women doing my nails kept mixing up the color, only one nail white, the rest purple. Showed her the inspo pictures. I arrived at 930am and didn’t leave to 11:30. I said to trim to trim my nails but she cut them way back, the design I asked for was just a little leaf design, I know they can’t match it perfectly, but something close. Colors again purple and white. She very quickly did a line with little lines off it, in glittery bright red, my nails looks wide and thick. I have naturally thin and long nail beds. Went to Walgreens right after to try and buy something to help fix them. I do not have all day to sit there, and will not have them touch my nails again.

Cute, they did really well and im looking foward to going again.

Giving 2 stars for Friendly(ish) service. My mother in law and I were excited to come here for the first time and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The “Deluxe” pedicure was more of a regular pedicure and the lady barely did anything. She didn’t even get my cuticles. Didn’t even seem like she wanted to do it. I asked for a manicure with dip powder she did absolutely nothing to my nails and barely prepped them and she didn’t even fully buff my nails after the dip powder didn’t even get the manicure done and once again she didn’t get my cuticles. The guy that did my mother in law told him many times she’s doing tips with gel French tips with one nail as a design. He decided it was okay to take it upon himself and do dip powder because he said the white was the same thing as the gel. She asked for gel not dip. Also not to mention when he filed her nails it was god awful they were completely lop sided and the nails were going to the side and he got upset because she told him she didn’t like them and she wanted them off, so it took even longer to get out of there because someone else had to do her nails the correct way and re shape. Should’ve been done correctly the first time.

I go to Ameribeauty regularly for a mani/pedi and it’s rare time that I get to treat myself, as a full time working mom of 3. Everyone is so nice, the prices are reasonable, and I enjoy the overall experience. I see Olivia as my go-to because she’s SO thorough! She’s a pro at cuticle care. I’ve seen other people leaving with really cute nails too. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I’ve had a couple experiences with other staff who weren’t as thorough, and I got cut pretty bad once during a pedi, but that was a long time ago. I spoke up and they listened. Mistakes happen anywhere, and overall this is my go-to place!
