2024-12-30Although my nails are short and not easy to work with, They did terrible I have had some very bad sets done but nothing like this. After telling them my nails are thin and fragile they took a drill bit right to my natural nail and burnt me. They were terribly shaped all lump and crooked along with bubbling on the polish it was very expensive he did not take his time which can be good but not worth the outcome. Do not waste your time here.Not to mention my thumb nail popped off 1hour after leaving their shop.

2025-07-18If I could I would give it no stars. We have come many times and never been treated as badly as we have today. We were seated my daughter to get her nails done and myself sitting in a chair water running for pedicure. A party of 4 ladies came in and then they told us we had to wait and went to help them. I asked if they had an appt if that was why they had to wait and they said no. They wanted their money is what I gathered. We waited an hour with my feet in cold water. Then they rushed through the pedicure and my daughter came out with Crooked nails. We will not be back again.

I’ve received amazing service every time and always leave satisfied with how my nails look. I highly recommend Luxe to all my friends and anyone looking for a new salon!

2025-07-19This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I get acrylics and dip powder regularly and wanted to try gel-x. Two nails fell off within 2 hours and I’ve had to come back to get them fixed 3 times today. Not to mention the service quality is absolutely horrific. The staff have been nothing but rude to my mom and I today, while also cutting me and making me bleed in the process.
