Phoebe did such a fantastic job for me this afternoon even though I don’t usually leave my nails long cuz of my work. The design still looks super pretty and the color combinations she chooses for me is always the best. Thanks Phoebe!

Got a gel pedicure 2 weeks ago, which typically lasts me months. Within 2 weeks, these are already breaking and peeling. The tech also didn’t even paint up to the cuticle and left space which made them look grown out immediately. I was in and out the door in 25 minutes; Pedicures usually have taken at least 40 minutes in my experience. Quite pricy too, $55 before tip for a lousy job. I won’t be returning.

I have been coming here regularly for a couple of years now and I am always impressed. I have had great experiences with many of the technicians. Today I saw Lisa and she did a great job with my manicure and was so friendly and nice to chat with. I recommend this salon to friends for themselves or their kiddos as my young girls have enjoyed being pampered here as well. :)

Terrible. I had a fresh acrylic set by a place where I live, but was taking care of my grandma im Hooksett so got my fill-in two weeks later at Radiant (Wed September 24) That same night, the tip of my thumbnail completely broke off. I wasn’t doing anything that would make that make sense. I went back on Friday 26th and the same man who originally did my fill-in replaced the thumbnail, I thought I would be good. Absolutely not, Mon the 29th I lost my whole right middle fingernail and every other day since, I have lost whole acrylic nails. Literally, it has not been two full weeks (that would be Oct 8th) and I’ve lost all but two nails. The best part, though, is that I called, knowing I wasn’t going to get anything out of it, but wanted to let them know. The woman I spoke w said “Not all salons do the same steps for acrylics”, then hung up. I’ve been getting my nails done for so long that I know that’s not true. Maybe they don’t use the same products, but I noticed every time he skipped a step that I have 100% seen every salon I’ve ever gone to do. I had a bad feeling about it, and I should’ve spoke on it at the time, but didn’t and now regret it. This had been there worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. DO NOT GO THERE if you want quality, they are not it esp for the price, at all.

I have been going to Radiant for months now and every time has been a wonderful experience. I have had the pleasure of having Ivy and Phoebe do my nails. They are both wonderful and Phoebe does amazing nail art! I am always so happy with their work! Most recently I got May nails done for Halloween and they didn’t disappoint!
