Garden Nails and Lashes

The night before I came in, I made an early appointment. Not only was everyone super kind, but everyone was ready to help. I got a full set and a pedicure. I brought in a picture of the design that I wanted with a few tweaks here and there. And every step of the way, the technicians made sure that I was absolutely in love with the result and accommodated my special request. I’ve been here once before as a walk-in. Needless to say I will happy to come back. And I would definitely recommend coming here.

I have been coming to Garden Nails and Lashes for a few months now, and it’s my new favorite place to go to get my nails done! Mia is very kind and attentive. She is gentle and takes her time to perfectly shape my nails. And the gel polish seems to never chip! The salon is very relaxing and the price is fair. I would definitely recommend coming here!

My daughter came here for her seventh birthday present and I could not recommend this place enough! They pulled out all the staff and made sure she had the best birthday yet! They were so sweet to her, and she loved every second of it. We will definitely be coming back here for sure!

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed and did some research online to find a local place with good reviews. The reviews here looked so great I went a bit out of my way to go here. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the same day with Mia, I decided I may as well get a basic manicure as well so I also booked that online. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was able to be seen right away for the wax. The wax was good and very quick, no complaints there. Mia was kind and attentive to what I asked for. I did notice that the towel on the waxing bed visibly looked dirty, I think it was lint or something but I looked past it and didn’t mind. After the wax, while I was waiting to be seen for the manicure, I used their restroom. I am by no means a germaphobe, but when I go to a salon, or any other business, I expect basic sanitary measures to be followed. I have been to many salons in my life and for the most part they are relatively clean and professionally kept. I was appalled when I walked into the bathroom, I have genuinely seen cleaner bathrooms at gas stations. If the way they clean their bathroom is in any way a testament to how they clean their tools and supplies, I have to advise against going here for any services. I promptly left as I didn’t feel comfortable getting my manicure after that. The man who was supposed to do my manicure seemed irritated that I was leaving abruptly but I cannot trust that the tools are properly sanitized and professionally maintained after seeing the state of the bathroom. I’m sad to write this review because I love to support smaller businesses and I’m sure the owners and workers here are nice, talented people, but there is an element of cleanliness that is standard at a salon where you are working with the public and I hope that they can work towards maintaining a cleaner place here for the safety of their customers. For the record I paid for my eyebrow service and left a tip for Mia but I will not be back and I hope they can address the bathroom and provide a more professional atmosphere for their guests.

It was my first time visiting and had a lovely experience. I had the spa detox pedicure and gel manicure. Jenny did an awesome job on the pedicure.. so relaxing! Terry did a great job with the manicure and the hand massage was the best in town! I’ll definitely be back!
