Went in for a manicure w/ dip and will not be back. I have very dry, very brittle nails. My cuticles looked awful and i had to file down all of my nails last week after half of them broke off. Was hopeful getting a manicure and dip would help all the way around but this was $65 completely wasted. Cuticles look no better overall, there's dip on the skin around my nail (STILL, after pointing it out and asking for it to be cleaned up), the edges of my nails are rugged from the janky file she used and there are lines in the chrome. An embarrassing job. I didnt even get lotion or a massage on my hands afterwards. Additionally, the guy at the desks acted annoyed that I had just walked in the door looking to pay for a service. I wish I had left then.

We walked in the day before prom with no appointment. Not only were they very friendly but also fairly quick given the services we received and how busy they were. My daughter got a pedicure and full set with a design. They look beautiful! First picture is the inspiration picture and the next two are what she got from her nail tech! We will be back 💜💜💜

Beware … Dont be fooled by Mysa Nails in Lebanon So I had a nail tech that I really liked and I want to schedule a fill appointment so I came from Nashville to see her on Wednesday for them to tell me when I got here that they tried to call me. OK mind you they didn’t call me but OK I’ll take it so I reschedule for today Friday so I call on the way coming from Nashville and they said oh she’s out sick. Can somebody else do it so I said OK let’s have Alex do it cause my friend used him before so I wait two hours for his next available to sit down and he starts drilling the nail polish off to tell me I need a new Set. This set is not even three weeks old she did them I just want a fill. So the manager comes up and says oh well if we just fill them they’ll probably just pop off. I’m thinking what? I knew better than that ladies I’ve been doing my nails long time. Any at he said we need to soak them off new set. I said I don’t wanna soak them off. I said listen if he doesn’t wanna do them just say so … he says yeah it will take to much time can somebody else do them ?But Alex already had another client sitting in his chair, so really it wasn’t my nails. It’s just he didn’t wanna do it. He overbooked himself. Thats my fault they gave me appt and knew what for! So the manager tells me to sit down wait somebody else can do them what do I do? Lol exactly ladies walked out. This is not how you treat a client and my friends who came here won’t be back. People think because there busy they are good that’s not the case here. Use your own judgement. How would you feel. :(

Sam and his staff are very nice and welcoming when coming into the salon. They do their best to provide the customer with what they want while sticking to the price they quote. They are very polite and the atmosphere is very relaxing. If they make a mistake, they make it right - very refreshing!! Thanks you guys! I will be back.😉

On 11/30/24 I went to get a soak off and new acrylic set. Everything was going well on the soak off, but when my tech started shaping the new set, it did not go well for me. He was using the dremel on my skin, and made me bleed 3-4 times. My skin is so dry and hard around my nails still, and I have been using lotion and aquaphor every single day. My tech did not even follow up with cuticle oil at the end of my appointment. Additionally, my polish has started chipping and the top coat is peeling off. There are chunks of acrylic underneath the nails that did not get taken off, which I didn’t even mention because I wanted to leave so badly. I did get a cat eye polish which cost a bit more. The soak of, new set, and special polish cost me about $78 with tip. It is not worth what I got considering I was in pain and the polish is now coming off in less than a week.
