Absolutely love my hair! I had booked my color with Julia Cyr and she is the sweetest and very personable! I highly recommend booking with her for any hair needs!

I’ve gone to Zara for about a year now and I’ll never go anywhere else. She’s very sweet and super talented. She’s never let me down, and I get loads of compliments on my nails. Salon all together is very chic and welcoming. They offer pretty much any service you can think of. I love the entire team at Refinement and will always recommend them.

Absolutely love Refinement, I always leave with a smile on my face. I see Megan (@meganmakesmanes on insta) and she such does spectacular cuts and colors on all hair types, and truly does an amazing job working with inspiration pictures and ideas. Couldn’t recommend anyone more!

I’ve been going to Lindsey for 2 years now for my nails and she is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! If I don’t come in with an idea for what I’d like she’s always prepared with a ton of suggestions. All the staff at the salon are friendly and professional and I always enjoy every appointment.

I didn’t get to see the back of my head until I got home and my husband alerted me (and took the attached picture) but Sophie absolutely butchered my simple haircut. I’ve had a positive experience here otherwise and the owner gave me a refund, but I wouldn’t go back to Sophie. I have to get someone to fix it elsewhere now, and have shorter hair than I desired. Update: As of 2/5, I still have not been refunded for the tip I initially left (using my credit card) despite sending two emails to the owner.
