2025-02-05I didn’t get to see the back of my head until I got home and my husband alerted me (and took the attached picture) but Sophie absolutely butchered my simple haircut. I’ve had a positive experience here otherwise and the owner gave me a refund, but I wouldn’t go back to Sophie. I have to get someone to fix it elsewhere now, and have shorter hair than I desired. Update: As of 2/5, I still have not been refunded for the tip I initially left (using my credit card) despite sending two emails to the owner.
