2025-11-02New to Boston and this is my second time going to Fancy Nails. Overall I’ve had a good experience here and better service than some other salons in the area but I’ve been up charged $10 both times. $5 for nail shape (I kept the same shape I came in with) and $5 for “long” length when getting an acrylic fill. I’ve gotten my nails done for 15 years and I’ve never been up charged for these two things when getting a fill at this length. When a fill is done, shaping is always going to need to be done (unless you’re asking for a different shape) so I just don’t understand that charge. As for length, I’d love to know how short I’ll need to get them, to not get charged the “long” fee. I asked the receptionist and nail tech when paying and seeing the charges, do you think these are long and I got a shoulder shrug. Should I go back…? Tough Call. $70 service for a gel acrylic fill before tip..

2025-09-08First time and Leon did amazing! Super sweet and did a great job. Fixed the disaster I had from previous salon. Salon is clean and pretty to look at definitely felt relaxed plenty of colors to choose from. Only con the prices on the website are a big price difference but really good experience and worth the money!! I got a refill with gel and pedicure refill regular polish and paid $150. Will definitely be back

The nail tech was amazing and made time for a manicure when I only made an appointment for pedicure (four days before Christmas and still fulfilled an extra service) and I did not feel squeezed in and both came out perfect. Will definitely be back!

2025-11-26It was nice in the salon, I always have to stick with my girl Lena. I been with Lena for years now and she’s the best nail tech I could have. Also it only cost $40 to get gel nails I love it here.
