Today I have one of the best experiences getting my nails done! Kris was the one who did such a beautiful job on my nails. Not just my experience with her was amazing the whole environment when you walk through the door was welcoming. If you are looking for a place to go I recommend the Luxe nails and spa every time. For my first experience there I know there will be many more.

Katie did an amazing job with my nails. She didn’t rush and took time to ask if she was doing what I wanted. I had a photo for inspiration but changed the colors and added extra details.

I recently visited this nail salon and was genuinely impressed with the level of service. The atmosphere was modern, relaxing, and spotless. My technician, Katie was attentive, gentle, and meticulous throughout the entire appointment. Katie helped me choose a color that matched exactly what I was looking for and executed the design flawlessly. What stood out most was the care put into cleanliness and hygiene—tools were sanitized properly, and the stations were well organized. My gel manicure turned out beautifully and has held up without any chips. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality work and a comfortable experience!

HORRIBLE experience. Nail tech was VERY rude and did a TERRIBLE job. Lumpy, bumpy, polish not taken to cuticle to cover whole nail. Just got nails done last evening and this morning realized that they dried with this gross appearance underneath. Appears like maybe bubbled? Cannot really explain the splotchy discoloration underneath the top coat or why it now looks like that. I talked with people from work and after they all pointed out more and more that were wrong with them, one of the women said she had the same thing happen. She said it wasn’t on as many nails, but that she thinks the polish they are using is old or very cheap. The below pictures were of a FILL-in for $45 WITH a $10 tip (yes, even for a terrible job bc I still feel obligation to tip). Feel that I could have gotten a new set, with better shaping and gel that wasn’t old/cheap for around the same price or not much more.

Beautiful work. Absolutely in love with these. They are super friendly and never fail to make me laugh and smile.
