Very disappointing manicure experience here. I booked an appointment for gel nails ahead of my engagement. The nail tech was very kind, but the job was subpar. It felt like the gap at the bottom was far too large, making the nails appear grown out. There were several that also looked lumpy. I don’t like to make a fuss, so I just thanked her, paid, and left (this is on me, I should’ve been upfront with her about not liking them) Well the very next day two of my nails chipped. I hadn’t done anything with my hands that would’ve prompted early chipping, not even dishes. I emailed the salon and asked for a partial refund (I could not go get them fixed as I was on a flight and wouldn’t be home for a week). This seemed like a reasonable request to me, given these nails should’ve last two weeks and they didn’t even last 24 hours. The salon told me they don’t do refunds, and instead just offered 15% off my next service (this would be about $7 off of another manicure). I expressed how disappointed I was, considering these were my engagement nails but they didn’t care and reiterated they don’t do refunds. By day 3, 4 nails were significantly chipped, and by the end of the week they were all nearly gone. Although they may be good at other services, I wouldn’t recommend them for nails.

UPDATE- the supervisor called and booked me with Breanna. Breanna was amazing, this is the but cut ive ad in my entire curly-haired life. She listened to what I wanted and was really nice to talk to. I will definitely go back to Breanna! I booked a curly hair cut but not what I got. Would be fine for straight hair and my stylist, Tim, was very nice. When I got my hair washed, the back of my head didn't get washed. I asked to have length cut and then shape it, I got a small trim and squared bottom. And when my curls were diffused, he cooked them on high heat, I mean cooked them. Sat the heat in one spot and did not move it until frizzy dry. I left super frizzy with no curls once styled. My appointment was booked as an hour and 15 minutes, which is an upcharge, and was barely 30 minutes. I went home and styled my hair, I have two different lengths in my hair, my right side is SIGNIFICANTLY SHORTER than the left 😭

I’ve been going to Anthony John’s for several months now, and Sam is truly the best facial provider I’ve ever had. She is kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely endearing, a true gem. Sam’s caring, considerate nature along with her intelligence and expertise makes every visit feel special. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a little loving self-care with someone who treats you with warmth, respect + exceptional care. Thank you SAM!

Hila is amazing! She never disappoints! No matter what crazy designs I come up with, she's always up for it! Not to mention how super friendly she is!

I LOVE Anthony John's! Kim is an amazing massage therapist! I go frequently, using my Massage Membership, and my muscles always feel more relaxed when I leave and notice an improved movement in my problem areas. Kim makes wonderful suggestions of what I can do to help my muscles not hold tension in-between appointments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great customer service, wonderful environment, I wouldn't go anywhere else! If you sit in front of a computer all day, typing away,, this is a game changer.
