All About Nails

I have been to salons that cost both less and more, and I have found this salon is the perfect middle ground! The salons I have been to that cost less have less color options, are limited to simple designs, and seem to be rushing through my service. The salons I have been to that cost more have pressured me into getting products that I did not ask for and charged me over $100 for a simple set of acrylics! I love the wide range of polish options and the ability to ask for designs that are not basic at All About Nails! In fact there’s so many options that I always have the hardest time deciding what color or design I want, and the staff never rushes me while I’m struggling to make a choice! They have even made really good suggestions when I’m stuck! The staff have always treated me professionally and kindly. When I went in today I thought that I may have needed all of my nails taken off and have a whole new full set put on (a more expensive service than just a fill), but my nail tech informed me that my nails did not need to be removed and I could still just have them filled (a less expensive service). I seriously appreciate and am impressed by her honesty and integrity in sharing her professional opinion at her own expense! despite having an opportunity to make more money off of me, she told me that the more expensive service I had thought I needed wasn’t necessary, and I could pay less with the same fabulous results! There are definitely other salons that would’ve just done what I had asked knowing I didn’t need it and rip me off without a second thought! The atmosphere is very aesthetic and relaxing, and I always find my station to be clean when I sit down. Sometimes there is a wait, but I am always a walk in, and I find their services to be worth waiting for.

I’ve been going to this salon for about a year and have always appreciated the friendly atmosphere and courteous staff. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing and did not meet the quality I’ve come to expect. I requested a coffin shape, but my nails were cut short before any consultation about length or style. This left me with limited options and resulted in a square shape I didn’t originally want. The application itself was bulky, uneven, and lacked precision — resembling “duck nails” rather than the sleek, tapered look I had asked for. While the salon remains welcoming and the staff kind, the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail during this visit did not justify the $62 price (before tip). Coming from Boston, where a fill averages around $45 and includes full cuticle care and a hand massage, the service here felt incomplete and rushed by comparison. In summary, although I’ve been a loyal client and appreciate the positive environment, consistency and communication have declined. With better consultation practices and more focus on technique, this salon could easily match the professionalism its atmosphere suggests.

It was my first nail appt and I was a walk in. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They got me in quickly. I had Jordyn- Lisa (inside joke made within the first 5 mins of my appt). Jordyn was so pleasant and has a great personality, I felt comfortable through the whole service. I will be going back

Such an amazing experience. Clean, professional, attention to detail. They take their time and truly care about how your nails look. I have been to many nail salons and hands down this place is the best.

I have been going here for years but over the last year, the quality has gone downhill. I went in to get a full set and to have acrylic taken off of two toes that broke while on vacation. My full set was rushed through leaving me with long, duck shaped nails with flooded cuticles and some nails look like there's at least a weeks worth of growth-it's been 3 days since I've had them done. Then when it was time for my toes to be taken care of, I reiterated that I just wanted the acrylic off the 2 toes and was assured that she knew. She started with that and then started taking the polish off the rest of my toes! So in the end, I paid for a pedicure I DID NOT REQUEST and ugly, horribly done nails. And the price did not add up to what the services were so I was also overcharged. Unfortunately, I won't be back.
