I LOVE KIM ! I've been here quiet a few times over the last few years! Always big compliments on any thing I've had painted too! Absolutely recommend!

I got these done last Sunday and a few days later my pinky nail fell off. Than the next day two more fell off , I had to glue on with nail glue. I called and asked how much it was to fix one broken nail they said 14 dollars. On top of all of that they were 10 minutes late to open for my appointment, the guy was rude and he kept getting his hair on my fingers when he was painting my nails. His hair was leaving marks in the polish. He was also very rough with my nails and made them bleed. Unprofessional and wouldn’t go back or waste 70 dollars on another set.

I want to start off by saying, I am geberally not someone, who would leave a review, whether for pros or cons, but this place is horrendous and rude. We tried it for the first time earlier this week for my daughter, as her normal place had been booked for the day. Was charged $110 for acrylics with design, which is almost double what we have ever spent over the years at several different locations and towns, which was well above their posted prices. While the guy was doing her nails he ended up taking off one, because it came out really well and he wanted it for his collection and redid it for her. By the next morning, within 15 hours of her getting her nails done, one had almost come off with her real nail underneath. I had called to advise them of it, she told me to bring her in later that evening. She looked at it and said because the actual nail didn't break to stick a bandaid on and hopefully it would stay on. Within an hour from leaving that place the nail had fallen off. I worked the following day and couldn't call before they closed. So I called today explained what happened, they advised that she could come in but since it was past 24 hours we would have to pay for it to be fixed. I explained, nicely and calmly, that we had called the very next day and had come in about it so, the lady was well aware there was a problem and that for $110 dollars the nails should be lasting more than a day. Instead of any kind of understanding or kindness, or even just to talk it out like professionals, they just hung up on me. These nails are for my daughters homecoming dance on Saturday. Now she is without one nail and I'm pretty sure they upped the price to take advantage of her because she was a kid. It's disgusting when businesses, run their business like this. No understanding or compassion, especially since they had already gotten their money. And way more money then their signs advertise the pricing for to boot. I'll ensure that everyone I know, including all of my daughters friends and parents hear of how awful this place. Maybe they will start treating their customers better, if people stop giving them business.

Charged $70 for a solid color acrylic fill then $10 to replace a thumbnail (started by saying $6 then changed their mind and said $10) only covered half the nail with polish would never go back. Very disappointed. Should have noticed the red flags when I walked in. “no refunds” and “we are not responsible for your nails 24 hours after your service” posted all over the business.

Had nails put on for granddaughter’s wedding. It was $70 plus a tip. I never spend that kinda money on myself. 5 days later 1 nail came off I have the nail. Called to see if they could glue it back on. Yeah for $$$ I think they said $14. I can’t believe they would charge a fee for that. Just wasn’t happy with them at all. The nails weren’t done that great in comparison to other people’s nails that I have seen. You would think they would want people to go back and have a better customer relationship. They will not get me to recommend them to anyone. Was talking with other people and they said they wished they knew I was going to get nails they would have recommended a better place cause they too had a bad experience there as well. I know that I will never go back there. There are so many nail salons around I do believe I can get better.
