After getting to the back and the assistance asked me a few questions and within minutes Dr. Caire came in. She has the best bed side manners. She told me everything she thought was going on with me and her best recommendations. 10/10. I can’t wait to see the results.

2025-12-03The worst place ever. My son had an appointment for 3:50, we got there and realized the office had moved upstairs. By the time we got up the elevator and went to the desk it was 3:56 the lady at the front desk informed me that we were late and that the Dr. we were gonna see had to leave and go get his children???? Um excuse me so please explain to me how in the hell the dr was gonna see us in less than 5 minutes to give us answers about my son's skin then leave to go get his children. The most bullshit excuse. I never got a phone call stating that the dr needed to leave early to go get kids and we needed to reschedule or anything just that oh you got here at 356 and the dr has already left to go pick up his kids. So unprofessional, and disrespectful considering we had to drive 30 minutes to get there. Now I will have to find another dermatologist because ill never go back to such a disgraceful and unprofessional place like that. SHAME SHAME SHAME This is very disturbing knowing they rush people in and out take your money and move on to the next person in less than 5 minutes.
