Grand Nail & Lash is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. The nail technicians are true artists – they pay attention to every detail and make sure you get exactly what you want. My nails came out flawless! I’ve gotten so many compliments already! What really stood out was how attentive and caring the staff were throughout the entire visit. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with the results. They're the best in town. I love how my nails turn out, always more than I expected. I'm very particular about the shape and this is the only place in Sulphur Springs does exactly how I want. I will never go anywhere else!!!!

Absolutely had the best experience here. The environment was welcoming and clean. My nails are EXACTLY what I wanted!! No one can ever get my shape right but they did! 1000% will be back.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I sent my 2 daughters (17 and 14) in last night. They both wanted to get a full set and pedicures. My oldest also got her eyebrows waxed. My oldest saw in the book her basic pedicure. They didn't do anything but hot towels and she did not get gel was $30. I called today to ask about pricing because they charged my girls $297. I was so taken aback. We get our nails done alot. I was told over the phone that full set starts at $45-$50. Pedicure starts at $30. Eyebrows are $12. My 14 year old got a basic short square cut with a poorly done zebra print. Which they are now trying to say was $100. They are staying my oldest eyebrows were $12. Her pedicure was $30 (white polish, that's it) But that her nails were $160. I'm sorry. Excuse me. Mind you they made me talk to the "cleaning lady." No one would actually get on the phone with me nor did they ask for a call back or anything to help me understand how this was $297. I could hear him talking in the background but the coward refused to get my information for a csll back or speak to me directly. My daughters also informed me they were making fun of my oldest for wanting a longer nail. She did get a longer square tip with cheetah print. That's it. Nothing else. I will post pictures so yall can see. I already knew once I spoke to my daughters how this was going yo go but wanted to give them the opportunity to speak to me and clarify how we came to this pricing. They would not speak to me and again only let me talk to the cleaning lady, who told me she left early but my daughters informed me she was there and brought them their drinks. My warning is DO NOT SEND TEENAGERS UNSUPERVISED BECAUSE THEY WILL BULLY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM.

Excellent! Good pricing and good work. I have a messed up toe from the military and they made a fake one for me and you can’t tell. It was my uncles first time and he said he wants to go back every month. It was great!
